Using AI and Canva To Generate Multiple Posts And Reels

This guide will show you how to use AI tools to enhance Noco Party Bus’s social media content. We’ll cover everything from creating visually appealing images to composing engaging posts. To start we have a video where the owner of Noco Party Bus tells us about his company.  Let’s take that video and turn it into a transcript we can use to get more data from a chatbot.

Let’s use a free program called tactiq where we can extract text for the video. Go to Tactiq and enter the url of the video and click “Get Video Transcript.”

Next Click “Copy”

Go to your favorite chatbot and have the chat bot work with the copied text.

That gives me a transcript of the video with about 3200 words. Now I can take that document and ask ChatGpt to do some analysis on the document. Here is ChatGPT pulling info from the transcript to organize the different entities that fall under the NOCOPB umbrella:

Here is another inquiry asking ChatGPT to extract the most important content, according to Shane, from the document:

 

 

In the list ChatGPT extracted some things we thought about and also introduced a few new ideas.

Not shown in the screenshot is where ChatGpt concluded: Shane’s emphasis is predominantly on expanding the retail and event transport sectors, with a special focus on weddings and social events, which he identifies as significant revenue drivers for the company.

Taking this a step further,  I want to create a few months of content for each category. I could concentrate on any one of those content themes but for this example I will choose Weddings. In the screenshot below I ask for some wedding related content.

We have a lot of great ideas generated by ChatGpt.  A lot of these ideas will require information from previous guests which I do not have, or images which I do not have. So, in order to come up with some quick posts without many resources I will pick some low hanging fruit.  In the two images below I ask ChatGPT for some posts about wedding transportation tips and some posts about questions and answers people may have for NOCOPB.

 

The next thing I will do is to take these 10 items and put them into a  Google Spreadsheet.

 

Once you have your data uploaded to sheet export each sheet as a csv.

 

Next Navigate to Canva.

Select A Blank Instagram Template

 

Now look for a template that fits the style you are Going for.  I will search for weddings and pick a simple template.

 

First Go To Apps Then Bulk Create

Now select Upload Data.

Choose Your CSV File:

You will then see a text box that looks like the image below.  Follow the instructions in the image:

Next click CONTINUE

Then Click Generate.

 

You will now have multiple designs.  They will need some small touchups but it should be easy to get them looking good:

 

Now let’s do the same thing with some reels.

 

Once you have a blank reel set up you can find a template that suits what you are creating and then set up your first simple reel:

 

We will then do the bulk connect one more time with the reel.. I am putting the question on the first part of the reel and the answer on the second part of the reel.

 

Once I click generate 4 designs I then get all my designs at the bottom of the screen.  In the screenshot below I show how you can download all the reels at once or one at a time:

 

Now that you know this bulk upload trick you can easily make 50, 100 or 200 posts in one sitting if needed.
