If you are having issues with your Bitnami WordPress Installation on Google Cloud then you may need to run the diagnostic tool. These instructions will show you how to do this.
First go to Cloud.Google.com
In the navigation bar on the left click on COMPUTE ENGINE and then select VM INSTANCES.
Then click on SSH.
On the Command line next to the green lettering, copy and paste this after the ~$: sudo /opt/bitnami/bndiagnostic-tool
Make it similar to the image below and press enter.
Next you will have to hit enter a few more times and then press Y to accept the permissions.
The tool will run. You will have to press enter to see the results. Once you see the results you can copy the diagnostic text. It will automatically copy it after you select the text. Copy all the text from the beginning and you can send that text to the appropriate person to review and see what the issues are.
