Student Reviews

Hey Arnie,

I thought you may enjoy hearing about this.

My father was referred to *********** College by a friend to do some lead generation work. They wanted someone to work with their internal processes as well as help them in managing their digital marketing strategy. My dad asked me and we set up a meeting with the president and one of his team members.

Today they responded to our proposal and agreed to have us on board. We quoted them $600/month for my father’s process consulting (he’s worked in Higher Ed admissions for years) and $900/month for digital marketing management. I thought that was high, but my dad put the proposal together and they liked what we had to offer. I’m quite nervous as the only other experience I have actually running things is from the Google Ad Grants, but I’m taking the challenge head on knowing I can research and learn as I go.

Anyways, I thought I would reach out and say how much I appreciate your guidance. I wouldn’t have been able to land this freelance work without your help! Your courses were the the most helpful of my degree and I wouldn’t have this opportunity if it weren’t for you.

I hope you’re doing well!

All the best,

Drew

Hello,

I just wanted to say how much I am learning in your classes! This is the type of stuff that I wanted to get my MBA for, so I thank you. I am taking everything I am learning from your class and applying it to help my friend with his new business. It is great because he is like my Guinea pig, and he benefits from it! So I just had a couple of questions for you, please no rush in answering them, as it doesn’t have to do with school per say. So I started an ad for him when we learned how to do that from the SEO class, and I used my google account. Well the ad is doing really well now, and he is generating leads and getting business. So I was going to start him an ad on his Google Cloud account, but he was worried because the one under mine is doing so well. So we were curious, can you have two ads on Google for one company at the same time? Could we start one under his with minimal clicks and let it build to where the one under mine is now and then turn that one off eventually? Also, what happens if someone sells a company, but the new owner doesn’t want to get rid of the analytics the last person built?

Thanks!

Devon

MBA SEO/SEM:

Not to kiss up, but I just wanted to let you know that this is the single most useful class I’ve taken so far in the MBA program. I will now be able to work with the ads for our law firm! Lynn M.
